According to a research it has been found that in our whole life we use only 2 to 3% of our brain. Rest of the 97% brain remain unused. The power of brain remain unused. Why is it so?
It is so because we have never been taught about the power of our mind and how to use it . It is not being taught in any school, college or university that how to utilise the unlimited potential of our mind. Let us know our mind a little better.
We have two minds, conscious mind and subconscious mind. Our conscious mind is 10% of our mind and the subconscious mind is actually 90% of the mind. The results we are getting in our life are actually governed by the 90% which is subconscious mind but the irony is whatever efforts we are doing we are doing with our conscious mind which is responsible only 10% . Now if we learn how to use our subconscious mind and how to train our sub conscious mind we can actually control 90% of the results of our lives.
So now the question is how to train our subconscious mind. Basically we can train our subconscious mind with 4 things.
What we think ,what we see,what we speak, how we feel and actions.
So it is basically thoughts, words, images, feelings and actions. If we take responsibility of controlling all these, we can actually control our subconscious mind. Yes there are definitely particular timings when you are subconscious mind is super active. If you choose that time and work on these you can get better results .
1. Thoughts - what we are thinking throughout the day even the self talk we are doing in our mind continuously throughout the day it matters. The quality of thoughts will Shape up your future. If you are having negative thoughts continuously throughout the day it will impact your actions. If you are having good quality thoughts tthrough out the day you will have positive result. Every thought has a vibration since we know that so whatever vibrations you are sending to the Universe you are going to get it back in your life definitely so the first step is keep a watch what you are thinking throughout the day.The quality of your thoughts should be very positive.
2. Words- what we are saying to others, what we are saying to ourselves and what are the kind of words we are listening from others, mind programming is done with these words. What you are speaking to others and also speaking to yourself about yourself. Be very positive in the words which you are saying. Start your day with positive words that will have positive impact throughout the day .
3. Images- Our mind is getting programmed by the images we are seeing throughout the day. Images we see in TV, in newspaper , in magazines or any kind of incidence which is going around. What are the things we are watching throughout the day on mobile phone that is doing a programming in our subconscious mind and it will have effect on our subconscious mind so you need to be very much aware about your surroundings what you are watching about the programs you are seeing on TV about the content you are watching on your mobile phones.Every single image has impact on your mind.
4. Feelings- Very important is how you are feeling through out the day.What are your emotions.What is your emotional status that will him impact your subconscious mind and you will have results according to that only. If you are feeling emotionally high which means you have high vibrations and you will attract things of high vibrations in your life. And vice versa is also true. So most important thing is to feel emotionally happy.
5. Actions - last but not the least even if you maintain your emotional status high, you speak good words, you see correct images and everything but if you are not taking any action it is not going to happen. So all four things are important but the most important thing is to take the necessary action to achieve your goal. Take massive action in spite of everything. You need to take the necessary massive action to achieve your goals.
So basically if you take care of thought, words, images ,feelings and your actions you can actually program your subconscious mind according to your goal which you want to achieve in your life and once the programming is done nothing can stop you.
