Mind Training

When it comes to Mind training, there are two aspects of the mind which need to be understood carefully:
a. How to unleash the unlimited powers of the mind for goal achievement and problem solving
b. How to Control the Mind (especially our negative emotions) in difficult situations.

When we learn both of these aspects, one can achieve any goal and solve any problem. The mind is in a true sense unlimited but we need to learn how to use it effectively.
